BOX CULVERT

Precast reinforced concrete culvert units for drainage, water conveyance and infrastructure crossings. Product geometry, reinforcement and loading requirements are coordinated with the project design and approved production drawings.

01 / PRODUCT OVERVIEW

A PRECAST CONCRETE PASSAGE SYSTEM

Box culvert units create an enclosed rectangular passage by combining the top slab, side walls and bottom slab into a factory-produced reinforced concrete element. Repeated units form a continuous run for drainage and crossing applications.

Unlike a simple dimensional product, final culvert design depends on opening size, soil cover, traffic or design loading, bearing conditions, groundwater, joint configuration and structural reinforcement.

02 / CURRENT PRODUCT RANGE

BOX CULVERT 1500

The current confirmed product baseline is Box Culvert 1500 using K350 concrete. Exact clear opening, external dimensions, wall/slab thickness and unit length will be published after verification against the approved production drawing.

03 / DIMENSION DRAWING

READ THE SECTION BEFORE THE TABLE

Detailed production and reinforcement drawings are available upon request.

The verified drawing should identify clear width and height, outer width and height, top/bottom slab thickness, wall thickness, haunch geometry where applicable, unit length and joint detail. These references will then correspond directly to the specification table below.

05 / TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

BUILT INTO INFRASTRUCTURE

Stormwater Drainage — enclosed conveyance beneath developed areas and infrastructure corridors.

Road & Access Crossings — culvert passages beneath roadways and project access routes where structural loading is defined by the design.

Water Channels — precast enclosed sections for controlled water conveyance.

Utility / Infrastructure Passages — project-specific enclosed crossings where precast construction is suitable.

PROJECT ENQUIRY
