Prestressed precast concrete sheet pile for retaining structures and infrastructure works. Designed as an interlocking wall system where section geometry, length and structural requirements are coordinated with the project design.

01 / PRODUCT OVERVIEW

A CONTINUOUS PRECAST RETAINING SYSTEM

CCSP units are installed side-by-side to form a continuous precast wall. The corrugated section provides structural depth while the pile edges form the connection between adjacent units. Final section and pile length should follow the structural and geotechnical requirements of the project.

Why the profile matters. Section geometry affects wall stiffness, handling, installation and structural capacity, so CCSP should be specified as an engineered system rather than selected only by overall width.

Our current CCSP range is centered on the W400 profile. The page structure is expandable so additional profiles can be introduced later without redesigning the product family.
